Is the individual’s creativity in the hand of its environment as we move from one “capsule” into another?

The project shows an example of structure and agents or envoirment and humans, where it implies the theories based on rational and irrational human behaviour within structures.
Where the rational human is easy to include in a structural oriented point of view, the irrational human can break out and create new structures or just not follow the existing path of behaviour. And since we all are depending on transport and movement on different levels, the economic aspect becomes superior.
