POLITICAL ASPECTS

In every policy organizing everyday life (Realpolitik) a certain philosophy and interpretation of reality is involved. A large part of contemporary politics is based on an apocalyptic understanding of reality; its main feature is production of paranoia, and the stimulation of a general attitude dominated by threat and fear. To quote Tito, "let's live as if there will be hundred years of peace and let's prepare as if tomorrow a war would break out". According to this understanding of reality, we shall create refugee camps in order to be prepared for a future possible catastrophy.

Some of the pragmatic dimensions of these refugee camps for citizens of highly developed countries are as follows:
- camps will be ready for refugees
- investment in safety of your citizens
- spreading of strategic interests in the areas of refugee camps
